Our Mission
Brisbane Bikes4Life, offers a second chance to bicycles, improving people's mobility and access to essential opportunities.
Our Team
Our team consists of dedicated volunteers, who breath new life into donated bicycles.
Our Approach
Brisbane Bikes4Life has 10 years of history in providing refurbished second-hand bikes to disadvantaged people in the community.
Our clients have included remote and overseas communities, as well as various local groups. We have modified bikes to suit harsh and rugged conditions, we have enabled a sports program for neurodivergent students, we have supported a bicycle safety program for newly arrived migrant students, we assisted in the development of a youth run tourism orientated bike rental business.
This year we aim to continue our community work and expect to be able to donate over 200 bikes to charities and disadvantaged people. Additionally, we will continue to provide a place to address mental, physical and emotional health issues of our members and the broader community. We are currently developing our 2026 plan.
